Is this possible? Yes you can upgrade nw5.0 to nw6.0 and ZFD starterpack to ZFD4, make sure you have enough hardware resources. I can restore users informations from my external database (MS Access), but ZEN starter pack informations (apps, policy, stations etc.) stay only in old NDS on NW5.0. Not for sure if I understand the above statement, the ZFD4 upgarde will upgrade the apps, but the policies must be recreated. I have backup software which use TSA agents for backing up NDS. Hello, I ran into a problem activating a SBS Starter Pack installation for a client. Their software is version 6.0. I obtained the activation key through the web registration process, and when I input it into the server (unlock.nlm) I get an error: PIN error 1. I was told that the current web registration process generates activation keys for version 6.5 and that these keys are not compatible with version 6.0. I then tried a key for my own 6.0 installation and got the same result.
